EDITORIAL STANDARD
Just Now LoanKeep evidence and product claims separate
Product copy explains the decision and the calculation. It must not invent the offer behind them.
Independent planning tools. No lender application is sent.
Source hierarchy
Use current official consumer resources for general financial guidance and the actual provider’s disclosure for product-specific rates, amounts, requirements and timing. Search-result wording is not a substitute for evidence of a financial claim.
Actual, illustrative and unknown
An actual offer requires an identifiable provider and disclosure. A calculated example shows its inputs and limitations. Missing product facts are not filled with a typical-looking rate, invented acceptance rule or guaranteed time.
Original utility rather than repetitive copy
Each main page has a different decision job: rent checks a second rent cycle, gig income reconciles payout records, and amount tools compare payment concentration or minimum mismatch. Shared terminology does not justify publishing a second page with only a keyword replaced.
Identity and experience
No author name, expert title, first-person borrowing story, customer testimonial, rating or professional credential is manufactured. A public source is not proof that its author reviewed this website.
Review and corrections
Material errors should be checked against the source, corrected in the affected calculation or text and recorded in the publication history. A date should change for a substantive review—not to create the appearance of fresh research.
Commercial separation
A compensation relationship must be identified before it affects a link or provider presentation. An illustrative table is not a ranking of partner products. No endorsement is inferred from a source citation.
