Just Now LoanBuild one income picture from several gig payouts

Your platform total and your bank deposits can describe the same earnings at different stages. Reconcile them before using the numbers to plan a loan payment.

Independent planning tools. No lender application is sent.

Platform payout reconciliation

Your entries are planning inputs, not an offer. No personal identifiers are needed.

Complete the fields and select Reconcile earnings and payouts. No application is sent.

Illustrative arithmetic, not financial advice, eligibility or a lender offer. How the tools work

01

Trace earnings through the payout path

For each platform, start with the earnings shown for the chosen period. Record platform deductions, adjustments and payouts separately. Then compare the payouts with deposits that actually reached your account. A mismatch can be a timing difference, not missing income.

Do not add the platform earnings and the matching bank deposit together as two sources of income. Do not count a transfer from a debit wallet into your own bank a second time. The worksheet keeps an earnings view and a cash-received view separate.

02

Keep the period consistent across platforms

Choose a week or month and use the same dates for every source. A statement closing mid-month is not directly comparable with a calendar-month earnings report. Note payments still pending at the period end so that the next month’s deposit does not inflate the wrong period.

Platform statements, payment histories, bank statements and any tax information forms can help document the trail. Which items a provider accepts remains provider-specific. A document’s availability does not imply a special loan program for that platform. IRS — Gig Economy Tax Center

03

Subtract work costs before testing the installment

Fuel, vehicle rental, supplies, platform-related charges and a planning reserve may reduce the amount available for personal bills. Enter the costs relevant to your work. The worksheet does not estimate tax liability or infer an expense because you selected a particular occupation.

The output separates gross earnings, deductions and your entered work costs. The net planning amount is not a lender-verified income figure. For the full personal budget, also subtract household essentials and existing commitments.

04

A low week can matter more than a strong average

Enter several completed weekly net figures. The tool shows their mean and lowest figure and checks the proposed payment against a budget built from your inputs. These calculations describe only the periods entered; they do not forecast bookings or customer demand.

If the first installment arrives before a platform payout, a monthly average can miss the timing problem. Keep the payment date and expected payout date in the same view. Money expected after the due date should not be treated as already available.

05

A tax form is not a second payment

A 1099 can report payments already reflected in the platform and bank records. Use it as evidence, not another amount to add to your cash-flow total. When records differ, reconcile the period and definitions before assuming any figure is wrong. IRS — Gig Economy Tax Center

The document checklist helps organize what to ask a provider about. It does not require a particular form from every gig worker, claim a universal minimum history or promise acceptance of a driver’s earnings.

06

Keep a small timing gap separate from a longer-term loan

A short gap before an already-earned payout and a large expense requiring months to repay are different jobs. Compare the repayment trigger, full cost and cash received for any advance or loan being considered. Do not assume that an app advance offers the same schedule as a personal installment loan.

For an ongoing gap between earnings and essentials, begin with the budget rather than a higher limit. The result can be “no room for an added payment” even when the income records are well organized.
