OFFER REVIEW WORKSPACE
Just Now LoanPut every cost next to the amount you receive
Use figures from a real quote, or keep the example clearly illustrative. A rate alone does not tell you the deposited amount or the full repayment obligation.
Independent planning tools. No lender application is sent.
Start with the numbersCheck the quote’s cost stack
Your entries are planning inputs, not an offer. No personal identifiers are needed.
Illustrative arithmetic, not financial advice, eligibility or a lender offer. How the tools work
No advertised rate table is being offered here
Just Now Loan does not issue loans or maintain a verified live offer feed. The numbers entered in this workspace are user-provided or illustrative; they are not a range available through the website.
For a real comparison, record the provider, product, state where applicable, date of the disclosure and the exact figures shown. An old screenshot or another provider’s example is not the offer being considered.
Separate the contract rate from APR
The contract interest rate determines interest under the agreement’s calculation method. APR is a broader annualized cost measure that can include relevant charges. That difference matters when combining a rate with a separately entered origination fee. CFPB — Personal loans consumer resources
Our monthly calculator uses the contract-style annual interest rate and models one deducted fee separately. Entering an APR that already reflects the fee and then adding the fee again is not a reliable way to recreate the agreement.
Build the cost stack from the actual disclosure
| Field | What to verify | What the workspace does |
|---|---|---|
| Principal | Amount on which the agreement’s payments are based | Uses it for the illustrative payment schedule |
| Cash received | Amount delivered after any withheld charges | Subtracts the entered deducted fee |
| Interest | Contract rate and accrual method | Models equal monthly fixed-rate periods |
| APR | Annualized measure in the actual disclosure | Records it for comparison; does not certify or reconstruct it |
| Payment schedule | Dates, frequency, number and payment amounts | Shows an illustrative monthly schedule |
| Full repayment | Sum of scheduled payments and relevant separate charges | Shows modeled sum and cost above net cash |
The model’s deducted-fee treatment is not appropriate for every product. If a charge is financed or recurring, use the agreement and a calculation suited to that structure.
Ask about charges that do not appear in the monthly estimate
Check origination, late-payment, returned-payment and early-payment terms where applicable. The CFPB’s installment-loan fee guidance explains why charges should be considered alongside interest. No claim is made that every provider charges these fees or that a specific fee applies to your quote. CFPB — Personal installment loans: fees and costs
Do not assume “no prepayment penalty” from a different website’s product. Ask how an early payoff is calculated and whether a fee already paid or deducted is refundable.
Align the schedule with actual income dates
Record whether payments are monthly, twice monthly, biweekly or another frequency. “Every two weeks” is not the same schedule as “twice per month.” Do not enter a count of biweekly payments as months in this calculator.
The first due date also matters. A term length does not tell you whether the first payment falls before the next reliable deposit. Use the quote’s dates, not an assumption based on when the application was sent.
A final review before agreement
- Confirm the business and product that issued the disclosure.
- Match principal, deducted charges and cash received.
- Read the APR alongside the contract rate and fee terms.
- Check the actual dates and total obligation, not just the installment headline.
- Locate the servicing, hardship and complaint contact in the agreement.
- Decline or clarify the offer if a material cost or obligation is unresolved.
Just Now Loan does not accept repayments or provide a payoff quote for a lender. Keep the provider’s servicing details with the actual agreement.
